Global Trade Execution Specialist

As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless trade flow execution and support across all product channels globally.

Responsibilities:
  • Trade Flow Support: Provide end-to-end support for trade flows to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Ongoing Support: Continuously monitor support needs and address changes and gaps to maintain optimal trade flow performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive efforts to reduce risk and improve trade flow efficiency across all touch-points in the trade path.
  • Inquiry Resolution: Ensure timely escalation and resolution of all inquiries related to trade flow execution.
  • Ad Hoc Queries: Address ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office to provide prompt solutions.

We are seeking a highly disciplined and self-motivated individual with excellent organizational and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial industry experience and possess in-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies.

Requirements:
  • Financial Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the financial industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and ability to execute assignments independently.
