The Trade Support Analyst role is a pivotal position within our organization, serving as a liaison between various stakeholders. This individual acts as a vital link, facilitating communication and collaboration across different departments.
This includes providing end-to-end trade flow support across all product channels globally, monitoring ongoing support needs to address changes and gaps, and driving continuous improvement efforts to reduce risk across all touch-points in the trade path.
Furthermore, this role involves escalating and resolving inquiries timely and accurately, addressing ad hoc queries from operations, technology, and the front office, and facilitating training for new application users.

- 2-3 years of financial industry experience
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet technologies
- Highly disciplined, self-starter, with ability to execute assignments independently
- Team player with strong work ethic and professionalism
- Attention to detail with excellent written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
