The role of Regional Trade Supervisor involves collaborating with the Commercial team to provide market projections and investment support for key agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Commercial team with market insights and investment advice
  • Coordinate annual investment reconciliations across over 190 agreements in Latin America
  • Monitor and facilitate daily tasks of the Trade Assistant
  • Ensure effective communication and assistance to key agencies

The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the Global Trade Supervisor with regional financial analysis, analyzing sales trends, and estimating rebate costs. Additionally, they will oversee education programs, assist with new account setup, and manage invoice reception to record payments in ERP.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Upper intermediate/advanced English language skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in agencies and/or data analysis
  • Intermediate accounting knowledge
  • Flexibility and willingness to handle a diverse range of sales and data analysis tasks
  • Advanced Excel skills (SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Power BI, and/or Salesforce knowledge is advantageous)
