Senior Product Data Analyst
As a Sr. Product Data Analyst, you'll be directly impacting our results through insights and reports. You'll work closely with product managers, researchers, and other business stakeholders, assisting with prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations. It will be your responsibility, alongside the Analytics team, to foster a data-driven culture within the company by making data more accessible through interactive reports, datasets, documentation, and training.

Problems to be solved
Your primary responsibility will be to empower our organization to be more data-driven, through methods such as:
- Modeling & Analysis: The marketplace is complex, with various moving parts and often contradicting signals. This creates opportunities to find gaps, insights, or optimizations. The analysis and models range from simple A/B tests to multivariate models on retention or ETA. You should have advanced experience in SQL and intermediate experience in Python or R.
- Reporting: Managing numerous metrics to keep the business running efficiently. You will understand team needs and help create and maintain our reporting systems, primarily using Tableau and Metabase, ensuring they are organized and user-friendly.
- Analytics Engineering: Occasionally, you will work on the Data Warehouse to provide clean, documented datasets, using SQL and DBT, to support reports and organizational needs.
- Experience: 4+ years in data & analytics at data-driven companies.
- Education: STEM or business background, or relevant education.
- Learning Mindset: Deep understanding of problems, asking the right questions, and quickly absorbing new topics. Avoid rigid, preconceived processes.
- Team player: Collaborate effectively, creating an environment of trust and enthusiasm.
- Business focus: Understand how analysis connects to product, customers, and financials, and how metrics relate across levels.
- Bias for action: Actively pursue progress, balancing thoroughness with practicality, and avoiding over-perfectionism.
