As a Sr. Product Data Analyst, you'll be directly impacting our results through insights and reports. You'll be working close to product managers, researchers, and other business stakeholders, helping with prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations. It will be your responsibility, alongside the Analytics team, to nurture the data-driven culture within the company, making data easier to consume, be it through interactive reports, easy-to-use datasets, documentation, training.

With $30M+ in venture funding and solid traction, we're investing in the next generation of our platform—and we're looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to help drive it.

Responsibilities

  • Modeling & Analysis: Manage complex marketplace signals, identify gaps, insights, or optimizations. Expect advanced SQL and intermediate Python or R.
  • Reporting: Understand team needs, build and maintain a trustworthy, up-to-date reporting system using Tableau and Metabase.
  • Analytics Engineering: Occasionally work on inner layers of the Data Warehouse to provide clean datasets; consolidate business needs into the DW using DBT; SQL experience required.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in data & analytics at data-driven companies
  • Education: STEM or business background or relevant education
  • Learning Mindset: Ability to understand problems deeply and learn the business context; avoid rigid preconceived processes
  • Team player: Collaborate with exceptional people and foster a trusting environment
  • Business focus: Understand how analysis ties to product, customers, and financials
  • Bias for action: Proactive, scrappy, and able to move forward without waiting for perfect solutions
