Senior Project Manager

Join to apply for the Senior Project Manager (Financial Services) (BRL 25K/month PJ) role at NOUS LATAM.
Location: São Paulo, Hybrid model (3x per week in Zona Sul), Contract: 4 months with possibility of extension.
Basic Qualifications- Undergraduate degree with experience in project and change management methodologies
- 6+ years of project management experience
- Exposure to financial institutions, payments, or consultancies
- Experience coaching and managing teams across multiple projects
- Managing key client relationships
- Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Effective communication in English and local language
- Eligibility to work and travel as needed
- Experience leading solution development and impact measurement
- Professional accreditation (e.g., PMP)
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Experience in payments, retail banking, or merchants
- Innovation in solutions and knowledge generation
- Optional: MBA or relevant master's degree
- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects with significant organizational impact
- Lead client engagements across industries, ensuring value delivery
- Mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment with goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering an inclusive environment
