• Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills
• Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree

• As a Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)
