About the role

As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will drive product and technology development aligned with the company strategy, build and manage products for our clients with a focus on growth, stability, and customer experience. You will be the connector across product, data, technology, business and strategy, acting as a mini-CEO for your product area and owning the decisions made by your team.

Responsibilities
  • Discutir roadmap e priorizar backlog junto aos stakeholders
  • Implementar e entregar com tecnologia de ponta aquilo que foi definido
  • Acompanhar e monitorar os principais indicadores para validar o sucesso da iniciativa e, a partir de dados, tomar decisões
  • Construir e executar a visão estratégica do produto sob sua responsabilidade
  • Viver o dia a dia da área para ter profundidade e entendimento dos sistemas/processos
  • Gerenciar o desenvolvimento de sistemas complexos, inovadores e escaláveis com decisões de arquitetura sólidas
  • Desenvolver a estratégia do time de engenharia, definindo objetivos e entregáveis de valor
  • Realizar benchmarking para apoiar o entendimento e evolução do produto
  • Operar em um ambiente dinâmico, com autonomia e influência sobre os demais times
  • Demonstrar liderança, organização e capacidade de execução para conduzir projetos desde o conceito até o lançamento
  • Coletar e refinar requisitos do negócio com equipes internas e stakeholders
  • Criar e gerenciar o roadmap do produto
  • Colaborar com engenheiros e designers para definir requisitos e viabilidade técnica
  • Acompanhar o ciclo de vida do produto, assegurando qualidade e product-market fit
  • Monitorar métricas de desempenho do produto para identificar oportunidades de melhoria
Requisitos e Qualificações
  • Experiência com +3 anos em gerenciamento de produtos e/ou gerenciamento de tecnologia (eng. manager)
  • Experiência comprovada em tecnologia/desenvolvimento (parte da jornada como desenvolvedor)
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na região da Vila Leopoldina
  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis de desenvolvimento de produtos
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados PostgreSQL e/ou MongoDB
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados (SQL, PowerBI etc.)
  • Pensamento, atitude e resultado de dono do produto
  • Orientação para resultados, pensamento analítico e habilidades de resolução de problemas
  • Habilidade de comunicação para conversar com clientes internos, externos e trazer os pontos relevantes para o time de engenharia
  • Capacidade de tomar decisões baseadas em dados e priorizar tarefas
  • Capacidade de liderança, recrutamento de pessoas e gerenciamento do time
  • Conhecimentos desejáveis em OpenAPI (Swagger), Postman, Jira, Git, GitFlow, Cloud Environments (Azure, GCP e outros)

  • Conhecimento em .NET/C#, NodeJS, Python ou Angular
  • Conhecimento de técnicas de benchmarking e entrevistas de clientes
