As a Technical Product Manager (TPM), you will conduct product and technology development aligned with the company strategy, build and manage products for our clients, and drive growth, stability, and customer experience. You will act as a unifier across product, data, technology, business, and product strategy, taking ownership similar to a mini-CEO within your team.

Responsibilities and Atribuições
  • Construir e executar a visão estratégica do produto sob sua responsabilidade
  • Viver o dia a dia da área para ter profundidade em sistemas/processos
  • Gerenciar o desenvolvimento de sistemas complexos e escaláveis com decisões de arquitetura sólidas
  • Definir a estratégia do time de engenharia, com objetivos de valor e autonomia
  • Realizar benchmarking e trazer insights de mercado
  • Operar em ambiente dinâmico, com autonomia e influência sobre demais times
  • Liderar projetos de desenvolvimento de produtos desde o conceito até o lançamento
  • Coletar e refinar requisitos de negócios com várias áreas
  • Criar e gerenciar o roadmap do produto
  • Colaborar com engenheiros e designers para definir requisitos e viabilidade técnica
  • Acompanhar o ciclo de vida do produto, garantindo qualidade e fit com o mercado
  • Monitorar métricas de desempenho para identificar oportunidades de melhoria
Requisitos e Qualificações
  • Mais de 3 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de produtos e/ou gerenciamento de tecnologia
  • Experiência comprovada em tecnologia/desenvolvimento (parte da jornada como desenvolvedor)
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na região da Vila Leopoldina
  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.)
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados PostgreSQL e/ou MongoDB
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados (SQL, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Proatividade, dono do produto com foco em resultados
  • Habilidade de comunicação para stakeholders internos e externos
  • Capacidade de tomar decisões baseadas em dados e priorizar atividades
  • Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipes
  • Conhecimentos desejáveis: OpenAPI (Swagger), Postman, Jira, Git, GitFlow, Cloud Environments (Azure, GCP)
Diferenciais
  • Experiência em startups
  • Conhecimento em .NET/C#, NodeJS, Python ou Angular
  • Conhecimento de benchmarking e entrevistas com clientes

  • Falta de abertura para feedback e baixa maturidade emocional
  • Apego rígido ao horário comercial
