Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Principal Technical Consultant in ServiceNow to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and advisory services, with proven expertise in IT Asset Management HAM and SAM and IT Operations Management Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, CSDM and Integrations.

As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will Lead technical solution design and delivery, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations aligned with best practices.

Translate customer business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions, guiding the client on ITAM and ITOM adoption and maturity.

Configure and implement ServiceNow out of the box functionalities, ensuring solutions are tested and validated before delivery.

Provide thought leadership, mentor other consultants, and act as a trusted advisor for complex customer engagements. Leverage deep knowledge of IT processes.

ITIL and infrastructure including servers, middleware, databases, networks, cloud, and Kubernetes to integrate ServiceNow solutions with customer environments.

Drive adoption and business value realization, working closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.

Focus Areas: IT Asset Management HAM and SAM covering lifecycle management, procurement to disposal, license optimization, and compliance for major vendors such as Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle and IBM; IT Operations Management Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, CSDM and Integrations covering building and maintaining accurate CMDB, aligning with CSDM, leveraging Service Graph Connectors, Spokes and other native integrations in addition to custom solutions; Security Operations (SecOps) desirable covering incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and security workflows.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • Solid ServiceNow expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, CMDB, CSDM and CMDB Integrations including Spokes, Service Graph Connectors and custom integrations
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript for scripting and customization
  • Strong knowledge of IT Asset Lifecycle Management covering procurement to disposal
  • Solid experience in software license management across key vendors including Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle and IBM; Strong infrastructure background including ITIL processes, middleware, databases, servers Windows and Linux, Kubernetes, networking, and cloud platforms
  • Advanced English verbal and written
  • Desired Advanced Spanish Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow SecOps covering Vulnerability Response, Incident Response and Threat Intelligence
