In this role you will take ownership for scaling data science initiatives focused on behavior analytics to empower our associates and provide a personalized service experience to our clients. This role will also be responsible to support a variety of analytics projects leveraging your skills in NLP, Python and SQL. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement embedded analytics solutions, lead the design and implementation of data-driven solutions to address small business problems, develop and deploy ML models, and communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and ML.

What You'll Do
  • NLP: training/experience in NLP to extract information from unstructured data and produce actionable insights.
  • Advanced Analytics: work with business stakeholders to define analytic requirements; extract and analyze data using Python/SQL; communicate insights via presentations and visualizations (Tableau).
  • Continuous Learning: explore new techniques in Data Science / ML / GenAI and apply learnings to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with Analytics team to troubleshoot issues, test, ensure quality, and overcome production roadblocks; deliver end-to-end results.
To Succeed In This Role
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of data science experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Proficiency with SQL and data tools (Databricks, AWS).
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling, including neural networks.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel).
  • Experience crafting, testing, and deploying ML projects in Python with focus on outcomes.
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to translate needs into data science requirements and solutions.
  • Clear communication of analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of LLM and GenAI is a plus.
