CommerceV3, a leading eCommerce solutions provider, is looking for a client-focused Account Manager to drive account growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure exceptional retention across our US customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing customer accounts (upsell, cross-sell, retention).
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct strategic reviews and ensure clients achieve eCommerce growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (success, sales, marketing, product).
- 3–5 years' experience in Account Management / Client Success / Business Development (preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital marketing with US clients).
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem & digital growth strategies.
- Work with top eCommerce brands in the US

About Yazara – Role in Brazilian MarketYazara, a Global Payments (NYSE: GPN) company headquartered in New York, is a software development company that offers a SoftPOS solution and payment acceptance suite designed to transform smartphones and tablets into POS terminals. This role focuses on maintaining and expanding our presence in the Brazilian financial market. The role starts as part-time and may grow to full-time based on business needs and client expansion.
Primary Objectives- Maintain and Strengthen Client Relationships: Ensure our key customer in Brazil receives exceptional service through regular communication and coordination between their technical team and ours.
- Expand Market Presence: Proactively engage with 20+ identified financial institutions in Brazil to onboard new clients over time.
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for the existing customer in Brazil.
- Conduct regular calls with the client to facilitate effective communication.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns to ensure loyalty.
2. New Business Development
- Build on the foundation established by the sales team to engage with identified prospects in Brazil's banking and finance sector.
- Develop a strategic sales approach to introduce offerings, emphasizing competitive advantages.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients and manage them through the sales pipeline.
3. Market Insight and Reporting
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Brazil.
- Provide regular reports to the global sales team on client activities and new business opportunities.
- Share insights from the Brazilian market to influence broader company strategy.
- Initial Setup: Part-time (16–24 hours per week, 2–3 days).
- Potential Transition: The role may evolve into full-time based on workload and success in new business acquisition.
- Proven experience in account management within the financial technology sector.
- Previous experience working in the Brazilian market is highly desirable.
- Strong technical communication skills to liaise effectively between clients and internal teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; understanding of Brazilian business culture.
- Ability to travel within Brazil for on-site client support.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
