We're seeking an accomplished Account Manager to spearhead growth, fortify client relationships and ensure exceptional retention across our US customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and expand existing customer accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and retention initiatives.
- Foster strong, trustworthy connections with clients and serve as a strategic advisor.
- Conduct in-depth reviews to guarantee clients achieve their eCommerce objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in account management, client success, or business development (preferably in eCommerce, SaaS, or digital marketing with US clients).
- Demonstrated communication and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the eCommerce ecosystem and digital growth strategies.
