Job Title: Digital Community Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Community Manager to lead our online presence in Brazil. As the driving force behind our digital voice, you will create impactful strategies, produce engaging content, and build an active community around our brand, driving awareness, acquisition, and loyalty within the crypto ecosystem.

About the Role

This is a key position for us as we expand our operations in Brazil. As Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-platform content plans tailored to the Brazilian audience. You will also produce innovative content, moderate channels, respond to comments, identify influencers, and foster relevant discussions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube) to engage with the Brazilian audience.
  • Produce high-quality content (videos, reels, infographics, tutorials) about cryptocurrencies, digital payments, and our benefits.
  • Moderate online channels, respond to comments, identify influencers, and foster relevant discussions.
  • Anticipate and leverage viral trends in the Brazilian market to drive engagement and growth.
Requirements and QualificationsExperience
  • At least 3 years of experience in social media management for fintech, cryptocurrency, technology, or financial services brands.
  • A portfolio of successful organic and paid growth cases in Brazil.
Technical Knowledge
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tools.
  • Solid knowledge of cryptocurrencies and stablecoins.
Skills
  • Keen creativity to transform complex topics into accessible and engaging content.
  • Excellent writing skills in Portuguese and fluent English for global coordination.
  • Familiarity with SEO and paid traffic management.
  • Proactive approach to proposing and testing new ideas, passion for digital culture, and adaptability to scale-up environments.
