Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to serve as a Client Solutions Engagement Analyst. This role involves leading the initial client interactions and facilitating early conversations with qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct client discovery sessions and collaborate with Tech Leads to translate ambiguous client needs into clear requirements.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technical functions.
- Lead the creation of proposals, timelines, and solution outlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on scoping and identifying constraints, risks, and edge cases.
- Proven experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
- Strong background in pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Tech Leads, UX designers, and QA professionals.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices and common delivery risks.
