Senior Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Banking Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to make a meaningful impact in the banking industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on high-impact projects focused on wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury. They will be responsible for analyzing and designing end-to-end solutions with a Front-to-Back-to-Risk view, interacting with multiple teams, and supporting digital transformation and modernization of financial systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects
  • Strong knowledge of financial products (fixed income, derivatives, FX, trade finance)
  • Holistic understanding of processes across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk
  • Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools (risk engines, reconciliation systems)
  • Solid communication, structured thinking, autonomy, and adaptability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, or Information Systems/Computer Science
