Senior Consultant Financial Services

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services. This role requires strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset, with experience navigating complex financial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact projects focused on wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury.
  • Analyze and design end-to-end solutions with a Front-to-Back-to-Risk view.
  • Interact with multiple teams (treasury, risk, operations, compliance, tech).
  • Support digital transformation and modernization of financial systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional squads to implement complex financial products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products (fixed income, derivatives, FX, trade finance).
  • Holistic understanding of processes across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk.
  • Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools (risk engines, reconciliation systems).
  • Solid communication, structured thinking, autonomy, and adaptability.
  • Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics/Statistics, Information Systems/Computer Science.
