Position Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Client Solutions Engagement Analyst to lead the first phase of the client journey. You will step into early conversations once a lead is qualified, sit shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, and help them make sense of what they really need. You will ask sharp questions, challenge assumptions, map out business problems, and shape solutions in partnership with a Tech Lead, a UX designer, and QA.
Experience and Education Requirements- A strong background in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
- Proven experience supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
- Excellent history of working with cross-functional teams (Tech Lead, UX, QA).
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile / Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
- Experience in mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms.

- Document deliverables : process flows, vision docs, feature sets.
- Validate requirements with internal teams before client delivery.
- Present project proposals with clarity, confidence, and empathy.
- Facilitate handoffs to delivery teams after proposal acceptance.
- Adapt quickly to changes in client needs or scope expectations.
