This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Full Stack Developer in Brazil. You will join one of our North American client's engineering team to elevate their customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.

You will participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong English communication, writing, and verbal skills.
  • Experience working independently and remotely.
  • Experience building AI agents.
  • Experience integrating with AI APIs e.g. GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic).
  • Experience building end-to-end applications with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js.
  • Experience with REST APIs and system connectivity.
