Senior Software Engineering Lead

As a senior software engineering lead, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Your primary focus will be on driving the implementation of web services solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team;
- Mentor less experienced team members to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy web services solutions that meet business objectives;
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Proven experience as a technical lead or similar role;
- Proficiency in Python programming languages (versions 2 and 3) and associated frameworks such as Django and Flask;
- Experience with testing frameworks like pyTest;
- Familiarity with Linux environments and database management systems;
- Knowledge of web services-based APIs (RESTful) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
