Responsibilities and duties- Provide support in the classes, sharing with the Head Teacher guidance to students in activities to enhance learning;
- Assist the Head Teacher in the distribution and collection of materials;
- Participate in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects by the school;
- Keep the classroom organized with materials requested by the Head Teacher;
- Be responsible for decorating walls, doors, tables and bulletin boards around the school;
- Adapt activities for students with special educational needs;
- Ensure safety by constantly staying with students during activities, guiding and intervening when necessary to prevent accidents;
- Receive students at the entrance and exit of the school, paying attention to safety standards and delivering to the person in charge;
- Accompany students at meal times, ensuring that everyone eats well;
- Be responsible for managing the class in times of absence or unavailability of the Head Teacher;
- Record student activities through videos and photos and send them to the Head Teacher within the established deadlines;
- Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences and development workshops to maintain and improve professional competence;
- Attend school events open to families;
- Follow RED HOUSE general guidelines (Language Policy, Teachers\' Handbook, Assessment Policy).
Attending or graduated in Pedagogy
Experience:
- Desirable 2 years of classroom experience
- Experience with Early Childhood Education
Languages: Proficiency in English
Specific Technical Knowledge:
- Bilingualism
- Early Childhood education (specific for Early Childhood Education)
