We're looking for a proactive and communicative professional who is passionate about Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes. You thrive in dynamic environments, are detail-oriented, and enjoy solving problems with autonomy and responsibility.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn and grow in HR and operations and be part of a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities
  • Support Hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team that values transparency, high performance, and continuous feedback.
  • Communicate with clients as needed and understand their business needs.
  • Adapt in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of tasks with autonomy.
Qualifications

Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); Living in Florianópolis – SC; Interest in Head Hunting, people operations, and administrative work; Strong communication skills.

  • Nice-to-haves: Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks; Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets; Experience in fast-paced environments or startups; International experience; Undergraduate degree.
Contract & Benefits
  • As Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation - R$2.5K (potential to increase to R$5k after 6 months); Work with international clients; Opportunity to grow as a leader; Possibility to move between teams; English-speaking coworkers.
