Responsibilities
  • Support hiring and talent hunting, people operations, and administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural team and communicate with clients as needed.
  • Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.
  • Learn and grow within the HR and operations field.
Qualifications
  • Must-haves: English proficiency (spoken and written); living in Florianópolis – SC; interest in head hunting, people operations, and administrative work; strong communication skills; familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets.
  • Nice-to-haves: Previous administrative or service-related experience; experience in fast-paced environments or startups; international experience; Undergratuated degree; soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication.

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Seniority level: Entry level
  • Contractor (PJ) with compensation: R$2.5K (possibility of increasing to R$5k after 6 months)
