About the team: At TikTok, our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team plays a key role in generating revenue by promoting our advertising solutions, onboarding new clients, driving ad campaigns, and more. As the TikTok community grows around the world, our GBS team leads projects that are changing the advertising industry in real time.
About the role: TikTok is seeking a Client Partner (Brand Partnerships Manager) to support our South Cone market out of the Buenos Aires, Argentina office. The candidate will have extensive experience in cross-network performance solutions selling and the ability to reach and influence executive level customers to drive new business. Operational knowledge of local clients and experience dealing with executive stakeholders across Social, Video, Mobile, and Digital teams is required, with a proven track record in scaling client investment.
Above all, the candidate will have an established track record of building strong relationships across key stakeholders. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with the TikTok sales organization to onboard priority accounts across the market. You will bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen to building and growing long-term business partnerships across Advertising Technology partners.
- Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities
- Drive revenue for TikTok by seeking partnerships across the territory
- Use a consultative approach by offering strategic media solutions with all clients
- Create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data for respective regions
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Ensure that advertising partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Educate partners on TikTok products and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience
- Experience working with key stakeholders across South America
- Proficient in Spanish and English with writing, communication and interpersonal skills (due to the business requirement in-region)
- Must be willing to work in Buenos Aires, Argentina
Preferred Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
- Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable forms of digital advertising buying
- Proven performance winning the support of key stakeholders
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist
- Passion for TikTok marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
