Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts for the Brazil market, utilizing Saleforce, historical data, market trends, and industry insights.
- Analyze sales performance against forecasts, identify key drivers of variance, and communicate findings to leadership.
- Partner with sales teams to understand their pipeline, opportunities, and challenges to refine forecast accuracy.
- Data Management & Analysis:
- Proficiently use advanced Excel features (including Macros and VB programming) to consolidate, analyze, and manipulate large datasets.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage Tableau (or similar data visualization tools) to create insightful data visualizations and present findings to leadership.
Strategic Insights & Recommendations:
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans for the Brazil market.
Basic Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
- Skills & Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including Macros and VB programming), with demonstrated experience in building complex financial models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret data and draw insightful conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Desirable: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
