Sales Operation Manager

We are looking for a **Sales Operations Manager** to join our team and play a key role in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and providing strategic support to the sales team and management team. This role is essential for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations, driving team productivity, and helping achieve the business objectives of our company, a leader in the technology market.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Analyze sales performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare reports for management, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Ensure data integrity in the CRM and other related systems.
- Develop and implement improvements to sales processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team in setting objectives, forecasts, and commercial strategies.
- Oversee the consistency and accuracy of commercial proposals and contracts.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient sales management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Sales Operation Manager in technology related sales.
- Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners and end users within technology industry.
- Bachelor's degree or certificate of completion of studies.
- Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving, and customer service are absolutely required.
- Ability to analyze sales and market data.
- Ability to give quality presentations.
- Ability to work independently but meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
- Fluency written and verbal communications in English is a must, Spanish is a plus
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, at all levels of the organization and able to build long term relationships with customers/partners.
