Experienced Engineer

We're looking for an experienced engineer to join our Vehicle Motion and Thermal Management team within Vehicle Technology. This is your opportunity to work on next-generation electrohydraulic steering systems that power tomorrow's trucks and transport solutions.

You'll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team that values creativity, continuous improvement, and agile development. From day one, you'll be supported by passionate colleagues and empowered to make a real impact.

• Lead the development of electrohydraulic steering systems for global platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical product quality issues
• Create and execute validation and project timing plans
• Participate in risk analysis, root cause investigations, DFMEA, and cybersecurity evaluations
• Release product documentation (3D models, drawings, technical descriptions, etc.)
• Collaborate across global teams in Sweden, India, France, and the USA
• Apply Agile methodologies to ensure continuous delivery and improvement

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in automotive vehicle dynamics
• Experience in 3D CAD tools

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of truck systems and steering technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments
