So, what's the role all about?

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Executive to own and scale our partnerships in Central and Latin America (CALA Region). This role is critical to NICE's strategy in the region and will be responsible for building and executing the joint go-to-market (GTM) plan. You will lead all aspects of the partnership to grow pipeline, drive partner marketing, expand sales, and enable partners throughout the region.

How will you make an impact?

  • Partner Strategy: Build and operationalize a comprehensive GTM plan for NICE's focus partners in Central and Latin America, including demand generation, marketing events, campaigns, and executive alignment.
  • Joint Pipeline Execution: Oversee opportunity generation and registration following NICE and Partner rules of engagement.
  • Partner Sales: Manage existing opportunities through the sales cycle, working closely with partners, clients, and NICE sales team to ensure a high win percentage.
  • Lifecycle Management: Support partner lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, enablement, GTM strategy, to success.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering teams to ensure partner growth and success.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5 years working with partners.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partnerships.
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and executive communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • Software sales experience, preferably with partners.
