What You Will Do

  • Responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for administrative, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the company in Sao Paulo and other LATAM regions
  • Follow up with the related administrative aspects of employment, such as notifying the appropriate departments of employee's starting date
  • Completion of weekly report on recruiting activity
  • Consult with internal business leaders to identify needs and create high quality recruiting solutions for positions
  • Assist with development of recruiting strategies to fill positions through direct recruiting
  • Build a pipe line of candidate resources and work with the recruitment manager to support the growth of the company

What Should You Bring

  • Recruitment knowledge End-to-end process (from profile alignment, identification of area needs, preparation of job description, interviews (screening + cultural fit + skills) to onboarding);
  • Knowledge of phone screening and hunting with LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Knowledge with procurement and/or IT profiles is a plus;
  • Boolean search expertise;
  • Knowledge of recruitment management tools ATS (ICMS, Gupy, HireBridge, SuccessFactors, etc);
  • Proficient in executing Diversity and Inclusion strategies;
  • English advanced - Spanish is a plus.
