Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the daily activities of the production team to ensure that goals are met
  • Ensure that products meet established quality standards
  • Manage resources and materials to avoid waste and optimize production
  • Train and develop the production team to improve their skills and performance
  • Ensure that all operations comply with safety standards and environmental regulations
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively to minimize production disruptions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Experience with various types of machinery and tools required for production
  • Knowledge of production planning and control
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Focus on continuous improvement and quality control
