Overview

Articul8 AI is seeking a Solutions Architect to join the GenAI Product Technology team in Brazil. You will design GenAI-based solutions, work with customer technical and business leaders to understand gaps and objectives, and help bring new products to market. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive enterprise-grade GenAI innovations.

Responsibilities
  • Solution Design: Develop detailed and scalable architectural designs to address client needs, leveraging Articul8 products and third-party libraries.
  • Piloting and Prototyping: Run pilot programs with customers to demonstrate feasibility and advantages; may introduce new product features or prototypes.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and technical requirements; conduct workshops and presentations.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, including instance types, auto-scaling, and storage options.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security and regulatory requirements; implement IAM, data encryption, and related measures.
  • Documentation and Training: Produce comprehensive solution architecture documentation and provide training to clients or internal teams.
  • Teamwork: Work with Applied Research, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success to incorporate innovation and maintain product technology leadership.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of rapid innovation.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • 4+ years of experience in technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Programming Languages: Python, , Go, Ruby
  • APIs and Integration: OpenAPI, FastAPI, Swagger, Flask, REST
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
  • ML Frameworks: PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
  • Development and Deployment: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Monitoring and Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitLab
  • Architecture Design and Modeling: Microsoft Visio, Drawio
  • Collaboration and Project Management: JIRA, Confluence, Trello
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields
  • Experience developing tools, libraries, and infrastructure for data preprocessing, model training/finetuning, and deployment of LLMs in research and production environments
