Buscamos um(a) Investment Services Analyst para atuar na operação e gestão dos nossos fundos ou securitizações. Essa pessoa será responsável por assegurar que os processos operacionais, financeiros e regulatórios estejam em pleno funcionamento, garantindo aderência às regras dos fundos, segurança operacional e uma experiência impecável para nossos clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Acompanhamento dos fluxos operacionais dos veículos: cessão de crédito, liquidação, renegociação, recompras, substituições, garantias, repasses, entre outros.
  • Acompanhamento e controle dos ativos (lastros) vinculados aos veículos.
  • Verificação de aderência dos fluxos regulatórios, como critérios de elegibilidade, enquadramentos e registros de ativos
  • Monitoramento dos fluxos de amortização, juros, inadimplência e pagamentos aos cotistas.
  • Elaboração e envio de relatórios operacionais, financeiros, de compliance e preparação de materiais para Comitês
  • Atendimento às demandas operacionais de clientes internos e externos.
  • Suporte na implantação de novos fundos, operações e melhorias dos processos.
  • Interação com as áreas de Tecnologia, Jurídico, Financeiro, Riscos e Compliance.
  • Gestão de caixa diária, quando aplicável: planejamento para pagamentos (cessões, despesas, amortizações), zeragem e resgate de aplicações diárias, composição de reservas
  • Preparação de análises e respostas para fazer frente a questionamentos de órgãos regulatórios e fiscalizadores· Validação diária de cotas e carteiras

Requisitos
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Contabilidade ou afins.
  • Conhecimento do mercado de capitais, fundos, securitização e operações de crédito.
  • Familiaridade com produtos como FIDC ou securitizações
  • Excel avançado; SQL é diferencial.
  • Capacidade analítica, organização, atenção a detalhes e resiliência.
  • Comunicação clara, proatividade e foco na resolução de problemas.
  • Certificações Anbima CFG e CGE .
