We are seeking an Investment Services Analyst to manage and operate our funds or securitizations. This role involves ensuring operational, financial, and regulatory processes are functioning correctly, adhering to fund rules, operational security, and providing excellent client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor operational flows of vehicles: credit assignment, settlement, renegotiation, repurchases, substitutions, guarantees, transfers, among others.
  • Oversee and control assets linked to the vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory processes, including eligibility criteria, classifications, and asset registrations.
  • Track amortization, interest, default rates, and payments to investors.
  • Prepare and send operational, financial, compliance reports, and materials for Committees.
  • Handle operational requests from internal and external clients.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new funds, operations, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Technology, Legal, Finance, Risk, and Compliance departments.
  • Manage daily cash flow, including planning payments, redemptions, and reserve management.
  • Develop analyses and responses to regulatory inquiries; validate daily quotas and portfolios.
Requirements
  • Complete higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, funds, securitizations, and credit operations.
  • Familiarity with products like FIDC or securitizations.
  • Advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Analytical skills, organization, attention to detail, resilience.
  • Clear communication, proactive attitude, problem-solving focus.
  • Certifications such as Anbima CFG and CGE.
