Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Brasília, DF. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Daily tasks include managing accounting operations, coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing relationships with auditors and tax advisors. The Finance Manager will also identify and implement process improvements and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Experience in managing Accounting Operations and preparing Financial Statements
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Ability to identify and implement Process Improvements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with senior management and provide strategic financial guidance
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus

* Exclusively for those with knowledge and solid experience in ERP, preferably SAP.
