Job Description

A Infosys Brasil está buscando profissionais com o perfil Manager Delivery AMS.

Principais atividades e responsabilidades

  • Gestão de Serviços AMS, supervisionar e gerenciar todas as atividades relacionadas aos serviços de gerenciamento de aplicações, garantindo a entrega eficiente e eficaz dos serviços.
  • Implementação de ITIL, aplicar e monitorar processos ITIL na operação, incluindo gerenciamento de incidentes, problemas, mudanças e liberação.
  • Planejar, executar e monitorar projetos de implementação e manutenção de soluções SAP, assegurando que os prazos e orçamentos sejam cumpridos.
  • Identificar, analisar e resolver problemas técnicos e operacionais, minimizando impactos na operação.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para melhorar continuamente os serviços AMS e a eficiência operacional.
  • Monitorar e avaliar o desempenho dos sistemas e serviços, utilizando KPIs e métricas para garantir a qualidade e a melhoria contínua.
  • Gerenciar o orçamento do departamento, garantindo a utilização eficiente dos recursos financeiros.
  • Assegurar que todas as operações estejam em conformidade com as políticas de segurança e regulamentações aplicáveis.
Qualificações necessárias
  • Bacharelado em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia de Software, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento ITIL (preferencialmente ITIL v4)
  • Certificações SAP relevantes, como SAP Certified Application Associate ou SAP Certified Technology Associate.
  • Inglês avançado.
