Amazon team is looking for Account Managers to join its team based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Description

Amazon is seeking Account Managers to promote and drive adoption of Amazon's pillars, unlocking new growth opportunities. You will leverage your understanding of industry trends and seller pain points to identify new business opportunities, such as selection gaps in specific subcategories, and inform our sales strategy.

Your role as the voice of the seller involves escalating feedback to relevant teams and collaborating cross-functionally to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools. This is a high-impact position where you can make a tangible difference in the lives of top-performing sellers. Key job responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Educate merchants about Amazon's standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
  • Recommend suitable shipping solutions to improve seller and customer experience.
  • Guide sellers on best practices for improving selection, shipping, pricing, and catalog quality.
  • Understand category specifics to identify trends, seasonal items, and competitive pricing to tailor advice.
  • Track and report development results, analyze reports, and interpret data for your merchant portfolio.
  • Manage your time effectively to achieve targets in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Apply a strategic, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Drive measurable results contributing to the growth of the Brazil Marketplace.
