Role

The Hiring Analyst manages the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing candidates to guiding them through structured hiring processes. You'll ensure PFG attracts and secures top talent aligned with our values and culture. This role is critical to scaling the team with speed, clarity, and quality, while providing candidates with a seamless, positive experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage job postings and candidate pipelines across platforms
  • Conduct cultural fit and competency-based interviews
  • Schedule and participate in job-fit interviews with department leaders
  • Deliver structured feedback and finalist recommendations to business owners
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
  • Track and analyze hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, quality of hire)
  • Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights
  • Support onboarding and smooth handoff of new hires to internal teams

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and hiring platforms
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and candidate tracking tools
  • Familiarity with structured interview processes and best practices
  • Process-driven mindset, with ability to assess candidate fit quickly and accurately
  • Experience in building and improving talent acquisition workflows
Remuneration & Rewards
