Financial Analyst – Operations & Planning (U.S. Central Time (CT)

Location - Brazil (Remote)

Overview:

We're hiring a Financial Analyst – Operations & Planning for our client, a fast-growing national leader in the fencing and outdoor construction industry.They operate across 100+ U.S. locations and are known for their commitment to quality, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

The Financial Analyst – Operations & Planning will take ownership of key financial functions including reporting, pricing, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role blends hands-on financial operations with FP&A responsibilities, playing a critical role in helping the business make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and deliver financial reports such as P&L by customer, trend analysis, and project performance metrics.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards by consolidating data across systems.
  • Manage and calculate commission payouts for individual projects.
  • Learn and maintain complex product-level pricing spreadsheets; support pricing strategy.
  • Lead monthly forecasting processes and assist in building annual budgets with the leadership team.
  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in financial analysis, operations, or FP&A.
  • Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, complex formulas).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from fragmented data.
  • Comfortable managing both recurring financial processes and strategic planning tasks.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and pricing analysis is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work fully or partially aligned with U.S. Central Time (CT)
