AI-Enhanced Financial Analyst Role

Description:

This role involves working as a financial analyst with an AI-first team to drive acquisition strategies across Latin America. You will prepare financial reports, analyze data using traditional methods and AI tools, collaborate with the M&A team, and learn to integrate AI automation into your workflow.

About the Job:

As a financial analyst in this role, you will play a key part in influencing multi-million dollar SaaS acquisition decisions that shape company growth. You will work with cutting-edge AI tools and have access to advanced training programs through partnerships with top technology companies.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare financial reports to support M&A decisions for SaaS acquisition targets
  • Analyze financial data using traditional methods and AI tools for deal evaluation insights
  • Collaborate with the M&A team and board members on acquisition assessment and modeling
  • Learn to integrate AI automation into your workflow to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Support development of new financial analysis approaches that leverage AI tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience in financial analysis with M&A, FP&A, or corporate finance background
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English comprehension for technical training materials
  • Curiosity about AI tools and automation with a growth mindset for continuous learning
  • Experience with financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis for strategic decisions
