Analyst, Strategic Asset Management (Global 1099)

What We Are Looking For
An Analyst, Strategic Asset Management who will lead high-impact reporting, drive operational improvements, and support strategic decision-making for our key partnerships. This role requires advanced Excel skills, strong Tableau expertise (including dashboards and reports), excellent project management skills, and confidence in engaging with high-priority homeowners, realtors, and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Support Strategic Initiatives: Assist the Associate Director in managing analysis, reporting, and ad hoc projects for high-priority partnerships.
  • Drive Tableau Reporting: Build, improve, and maintain dashboards; identify new reporting opportunities; lead initiatives to enhance visualization and insights.
  • Enhance Financial Insights: Analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend strategies.
  • Manage Property Performance: Analyze daily financial performance, identify opportunities and risks.
  • Build and Maintain Models: Develop financial models to forecast revenue, occupancy, expenses, and NOI.
  • Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination: Oversee projects including realtor and homeowner communications, owner decks, financial reviews, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams to optimize portfolio performance and insights.
  • Prepare and Present Reports: Deliver data-driven reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Engage with Homeowners & Realtors: Lead strategic discussions backed by analysis.
  • Refine Processes: Continuously improve tools, workflows, and reporting for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years in finance, consulting, asset management, or related field; real estate or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Business Acumen: Strategic thinker capable of evaluating scenarios and guiding decisions.
  • Initiative: Self-starter with a bias for action, capable of enterprise reporting and operational improvements.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel and Tableau skills to build and optimize reports.
  • Project Management: Managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication & Influence: Strong communicator who can build relationships and influence decisions.
  • Systems Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and Tableau; experience with other visualization tools is a plus.
