Sr Asset and Liability Management Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Asset and Liability Management Analyst to develop, monitor, and manage cash flow and ALM strategies at RecargaPay. The role focuses on analyzing the balance sheet, supporting fundraising decisions, and mitigating financial risks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, monitor, and manage the cash flow of our SCFI, conducting short-, medium-, and long-term projections to support fundraising decision-making.
  • Implement and optimize Asset Liability Management (ALM) strategies by analyzing the balance sheet and mitigating financial risks, such as interest rate and liquidity risks.
  • Build financial models and scenario projections to identify the impact of economic and market events on cash flow.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Accounting and Financial Planning, to align treasury management with the company's strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards related to asset and liability management.
  • Prepare and present management reports and performance metrics to senior leadership, offering insights into the company's liquidity status and overall financial position.
Requirements
  • Analytical and results-driven profile, with strong data-based decision-making skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Treasury with a focus on Asset Liability Management (ALM) and cash flow management
  • Deep knowledge of cash flow analysis, liquidity management, and financial risk
  • Experience in financial modeling and scenario forecasting
  • Familiarity with applicable financial regulations
  • Background in banking or financial institution treasury departments
