What you'll do

Daily, you'll:

• Prepare financial reports supporting M&A decisions for SaaS acquisition targets
• Analyze financial data using traditional methods and AI tools for deal evaluation insights
• Collaborate with M&A team and board members on acquisition assessment and modeling
• Learn to integrate AI automation into your workflow to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Support development of new financial analysis approaches that leverage AI tools
• Participate in strategic discussions about potential acquisition opportunities across Brazil and Latin America

As you grow in the role:

• Lead independent financial analysis projects for major acquisition evaluations
• Mentor others on AI integration techniques and process improvement methodologies

• 3-7 years of financial analysis experience with M&A, FP&A, or corporate finance background
• Fluency in Portuguese and English comprehension for technical training materials

Salary & Schedule

Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 per month + Mandatory Benefits (Brazil)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm EST

Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
