Senior Financial Director

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial leadership and support to our Brazil entity.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience as a finance professional at a top-tier company. They should possess a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and coordinate financial statements, regulatory reporting, business forecasts, and other related information for external use.
- Tax Reporting and Compliance: Support the tax team with Brazil tax reporting and compliance experience.
- Financial Operations: Partner with the Global accounting team to prepare and/or review assigned month-end and quarter-end close book close processes.
- Finance Leadership: Oversee the finance function in Brazil and ensure finance processes operate effectively and accurately.
- Communication and Collaboration: Act as a contact point within the organization for financial and accounting queries and queries from regulatory authorities.
- Policy Development: Prepare and update various finance policies and procedures.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and oversee the performance of outsourced services by outsourced service providers.
- Project Participation: Participate in critical projects, including transitioning to new external vendors, integration, automation, or enhancements.
