Financial Institutions Partnership Director

● Build strategic partnerships with major financial institutions in respective regions/business lines, nurturing collaborations with global banks and other financial institutions to enhance services related to payments, collections, and other B2B verticals and merchant growth.
● Develop and execute channel partnership strategies by identifying potential partners, negotiating, closing deals, and managing complex engagements.
● Ensure project deliverables concerning channel integration and optimization are executed with quality and on time.
● Review process gaps, identify areas for improvement, and drive payment optimization.
● Manage partnerships by reviewing success factors, holding periodic meetings to discuss sales & marketing strategies, lead generation, and new products/features.
● Research business models and compliance policies related to overseas funds management in local markets.
The Successful Applicant:
● Minimum 5 years of experience collaborating with local financial institutions or in the payment channel industry.
● Deep understanding of local regulations and compliance regarding payment business and cross-border fund movement.
● Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development.
● Ability to maintain high efficiency across different countries.
● Strong interpersonal, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
● Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
