Strategic Partnership Development Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Development Director to build and maintain collaborative relationships with major financial institutions in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Channel Strategies: Identify, negotiate, and close deals with potential partners to drive business growth.
  • Enhance Services: Collaborate with global banks and other financial institutions to optimize services related to payments, collections, and merchant growth.
  • Project Deliverables: Ensure timely execution of channel integration and optimization projects with a focus on quality.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze process gaps and implement improvements to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in partnership development and management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Brazilian financial market.
