About the Role

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Finance Analyst based in Brazil. This role is critical in ensuring the compliance and success of our local operations, acting as the key link to our U.S. holding company. You'll manage end-to-end finance routines and contribute to strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full accounts payable and receivable cycle: invoice processing, payment control, credit card reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring;
  • Oversee financial routines in OMIE ERP, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Perform bank and account reconciliations;
  • Support external accounting teams during month-end and year-end closing processes;
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts;
  • Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations, as well as internal policies;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial policies and processes.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field;
  • Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury;
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems;
  • Advanced to fluent English (written and spoken);
  • Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with financial software;
  • Knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards;
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
