Overview

Experienced Recruiter For The Swedish IT Industry role at Nexer Telescope. Start ASAP. Full-time. Location: remote or from a co-location center of your choice. Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.

Responsibilities

As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden and build trust with suitable candidates. You will be supported by a competent global team of recruiters and an executive management team in Sweden. You will also be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles relocation logistics for our consultants. In short, we fix everything for our employees—visa, work permits, tickets, housing, and related arrangements. Your clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team that takes joy in helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Telescope's core values are joy, trust, and professionalism.

Qualifications

Required competence (please ensure this is documented in your CV): At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.

  • A solid and well proven network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Extremely service oriented, with a flexible mindset towards always finding the best solution for the challenge at hand.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding or interest in headhunting and the principle of IT outstaffing/outsourcing companies.
  • Upper intermediate English.
  • Some knowledge of at least a handful of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to learn the main ideas of new technologies.
  • Analytical, well organized with an eye for details, with the ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
  • Self confident, happy, social, friendly and outgoing with a high level of self motivation.
  • Durable and stubborn, with the capacity to take a 'no' as a reason to try harder.
  • Passionate about success, with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible, with an appropriate and representative appearance.

Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full time. Long term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
