We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sr Analytics Engineer to join the Lending Squad at RecargaPay. You will transform complex data into strategic insights to support business growth, portfolio management, and product development. You will work cross-functionally to ensure the Lending product is data-informed, well-monitored, and continuously optimized.

• Generate Strategic Projections & Forecasts: Produce forecasts and estimations to evaluate product performance and support strategic decisions.
• Drive KPI Integration into Product Development: Collaborate with product managers to ensure new features are built with measurable KPIs for seamless performance tracking.
• Support Dashboard Development & Data Visibility: Build and enhance QlikSense dashboards to monitor portfolio, collections, and product performance, adding relevant data streams for comprehensive insights.
• Query & Dashboard Optimization: Optimize SQL queries and improve QlikSense app performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Product Analytics: Conduct analysis on user behavior, repayment trends, and risk, aiding data-driven decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Support: Provide analytical and operational support to Finance, Risk, and Data Science teams.
• Data Governance & Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of metrics, queries, and dashboards to ensure governance and reproducibility.
• Portfolio & Collections Insights: Analyze credit portfolio performance, collections, and other key financial indicators.
• Contribute to Platform Migration: Support migration from Redshift to Databricks, ensuring data integrity and continuity.
  • Advanced SQL Skills: Extensive experience with SQL for querying large datasets, optimizing performance, and creating reusable logic.
  • QlikSense or similar tool expertise: Proven experience building and optimizing dashboards, with knowledge of app design best practices.
  • Data Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with Redshift, Databricks, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Understanding of credit products, collections, portfolio risk, and KPIs.
  • Analytical Communication: Ability to clearly communicate results and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or related fields.
  • Attention to Detail: Precision in data handling, documentation, and quality assurance.
  Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Forecasting & Predictive Modeling: Experience in forecasting lending behavior, repayment rates, or credit risk.
  • Python for Data Analysis: Support model development and data exploration using Python.
  • ETL & Data Modeling: Building scalable data models and ETL pipelines with governance and performance in mind.
