What you'll do:

  • Plan a content calendar for email & SMS campaigns
  • Strategize & send weekly email & SMS campaigns
  • Optimize existing email & SMS flows and build more
  • Oversee Klaviyo email and Attentive SMS accounts, reviewing and monitoring numbers every day
  • Analyze results and drive record-breaking numbers
  • Lead day-to-day communication with team members
  • Strategize, communicate, and report results effectively to team
  • Conduct research and analysis on brand background, products, and customer
  • Designing and managing email flows and customer lifecycle journeys
  • Conducting split tests and optimizing email campaigns
  • Maintaining list quality through detailed checks
  • Collaborate with designers to strategize on-brand, high-converting email designs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant major
  • Proven experience in e-commerce email marketing with a track record of driving successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in strategizing and executing email marketing campaigns, including flows and customer journeys
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo and Attentive platforms, and ability to leverage their full potential
  • Strong website conversion rate optimization skills
  • Preferred experience managing loyalty programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and collaborate with remote teams
  • Ability to work remotely on a full-time basis, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Be a key player at a growing brand
