Data Analysis Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Data Support: Provide daily data extraction and processing services for projects initiated by business units and other operational teams.
  • Data Products: Develop and optimize data products (e.g., reports/dashboards) to monitor business performance and ensure operational continuity.
  • Data Auditing: Conduct daily performance calculations and data verification for business teams.
  • Metrics Framework: Collaborate with business units and operational teams to design and refine data metrics frameworks, addressing diverse analytical needs.

Basic Requirements:

  • Experience with data support.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, common data analysis tools, and office software.
  • Strong data sensitivity and ability to independently solve problems.
  • Excellent logical thinking, communication skills, and fast learning agility.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end data monitoring, analysis, and insight into business growth points; identify and provide early warnings of business problems and risk points; construct data reports and data products to enhance operational efficiency of sales and operations teams.
  • Lead special analyses based on data results, collaborating with internal and external resources to drive key projects and improve results.
  • Understand the sales business deeply, follow up on business actions, and support decision-making with a multi-dimensional diagnosis system.

What You'll Do:

  • Two or more years of relevant experience in business analysis and sales data analysis; head internet analyst experience preferred.
  • Strong logical thinking, structured analysis, and independent thinking.
  • Proficiency with commonly used data analysis tools and solid statistics skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish a data monitoring system for warehousing, including maintaining datasource, building data dashboards, and generating periodic data reports for visualization.
  • Monitor warehousing operational health, develop frameworks to improve efficiency, and provide optimization suggestions for processes, labor, and capacity planning.
  • Provide data support for projects, assisting warehouse teams, product teams, and other departments.
  • Support ad-hoc data tasks to meet business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in warehousing data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and solid analytical methodologies.
  • English proficiency for workplace communication; Chinese a plus.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, high responsibility, excellent communication and teamwork, and independent problem-solving abilities.
